What is soft washing, and how is it different from pressure washing?
Soft washing cleans with low-pressure application of a biodegradable solution that dissolves algae, moss, and mildew at the root. Pressure washing uses high-pressure water and is reserved for hard mineral surfaces like concrete and stone. Siding and roofs should always be soft washed — high pressure voids most manufacturer warranties.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. Evergreen Softwash carries commercial general liability coverage appropriate for estate, aviation, and marine work, and we are happy to provide certificates of insurance to HOAs, FBOs, and marinas before work begins.
Do you offer recurring maintenance programs?
Yes — the Evergreen Estate Program puts your home, vehicles, and vessels on one seasonal care calendar with priority scheduling and a single point of contact. Most members save 15–20% versus booking services individually.
How do I get a quote?
Request a quote online or call us. For most homes we can prepare an accurate fixed quote from aerial imagery and a short conversation; aircraft and vessels are quoted after a brief on-site visit.
