Restraint before power
The right answer is usually less pressure, better chemistry, and more patience. We train crews to reach for the gentlest method that works — and to know why.
About Evergreen Softwash
We started with a soft-wash rig, a ladder, and a conviction: the properties people love most deserve cleaning crews who love the craft as much. Today we care for estates, aircraft, and vessels across the Sound — with the same conviction.
What we believe
The right answer is usually less pressure, better chemistry, and more patience. We train crews to reach for the gentlest method that works — and to know why.
Pre-work condition photos, masked-area checklists, closing walkthroughs. If it matters to your insurer, your HOA, or your maintenance log, it is written down.
Every job is performed by uniformed Evergreen crew members — background-checked, trained in-house, never subcontracted.
If a surface doesn’t need treatment this season, we say so. Clients keep calling back precisely because we don’t sell them what they don’t need.
Where we work
Moss, algae, salt air, and nine months of rain — Puget Sound is one of the hardest climates in the country on exterior surfaces. It's also home. Our methods, chemistry, and schedules are tuned to this climate and nowhere else.
From Gig Harbor we serve the waterfront communities, island properties, and estate neighborhoods of the greater Sound. Aircraft crews work from Tacoma Narrows and Boeing Field; marine crews cover the marinas from Des Moines to Bainbridge. Wherever you keep the things you care for, we come to them.
Fully licensed and insured for residential, aviation, and marine work — certificates furnished before we arrive, not after you ask.
The best way to judge a crew is to watch one work. Book a walkthrough and we'll show you exactly what your surfaces need — and what they don't.
